Through our high-level coaching programs, we help health professionals design, launch, and sell their courses and then turn that into a scalable, profitable, and sustainable business that generates true wealth.
We are looking for a full-time Client Success Strategist to join us inside one of our signature coaching experiences: Courses for Health Professionals™! This role will play an integral part of the program and be client-facing; with onboarding new clients, hosting 1:1 client strategy calls, and helping our clients achieve success in their thriving online health businesses!

As a Client Success Strategist on the team, you will step inside the online curriculum structures and coaching systems we have inside our programs and inject your signature brand of confidence, vivaciousness, and skill to help guide our clients and continue to help us deliver on our brand promises of excellence and strategic support!
This is a full-time, W2 employee role that reports to the CEO and has a unique opportunity to help talented creators have major breakthroughs, share strategic advice, and achieve their business and impact goals.
The ideal person for this role is tech-savvy, up-to-speed with the latest in online marketing and coaching, and confident speaking in large group settings. They are a people-person who gets energy for talking to, supporting, and engaging with both clients and other members of the team.
You are able to translate your knowledge of our programs, strategies, and best practices into direct, easy-to-understand instructions and feedback for our clients.
You receive rave reviews from our clients on our quarterly client surveys.
80% or more of your client roster hits their targeted client milestones.
You demonstrate mastery of our programs, strategies, and best practices in your 1:1 client calls, group coaching sessions, and written responses (emails, FB messages, direct messages).
Provide in-depth, actionable feedback to clients on 1:1 calls and pre-recorded reviews of client work. Sometimes, this feedback might look like celebrating a client's big win. Other times, it may look like helping a client come up with a strategic plan for how to move forward when their results aren't as expected.
Track client engagement and success by monitoring their progress through the program curriculum and achievement of specific goals within the program.
Support clients by answering their queries with actionable, strategic, written feedback through posts in our online communities, direct messages, and emails.
Lead or support on group coaching calls for dozens of health professionals at a time and respond to client queries while on the call.
Support the creation and maintenance of our program curriculum by using and updating our response libraries, editing and adding lessons, and identifying and tracking areas for improvement.

Onboard new clients into the program, ensuring they are set up for success as they begin their journey with our team.
Collaborate with a team of coaches to ensure that your client roster is fully supported, on track, and hitting their target client milestones.
Learn cutting-edge marketing and program design strategies for group coaching programs and translate that knowledge into effective feedback and instructions for our clients.
Support the Sales Process (when needed) by Reviewing Applications, Preparing Acceptance Letters, and answering questions from leads in the pipeline.

Have a strong background in marketing, tech, and operations. Our Client Success Strategists don't implement systems for our clients, but you are expected to be literate in these areas so you can offer effective instructions and feedback.
Get your energy from helping entrepreneurs troubleshoot problems and unlock the next level of their business. You don't mind spending all day on 1:1 Zoom calls, because you love ending your day knowing that the conversations you've led have made a huge difference in someone's life and business.
Confident speaker. Speaking in front of large groups of people is an exciting challenge, not something scary. You can approach uncomfortable 1:1 calls with a level of self-assuredness that instills confidence.
Flexible and up for testing new things. Our company moves fast and we make changes frequently in response to client feedback and industry best practices. Change doesn't scare you, it excites you.
Organized and detail-oriented. Our Client Success Strategists track the progress of dozens of clients at once. You need to be diligent and proactive to track down client results and initiate conversations when you're missing information.
Have high emotional intelligence and be able to listen to, support, and encourage others.

Independent, self-starter who executes tasks on time, every time.
Must be available to work and attend meetings from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday.
