Production Team Member

Job Description:
We are seeking a Full-Time production Team Member to join our team! You will work with other team members in light assembly, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and assist in an array of daily operations.

Responsibilities:
Light assembly of multiple components to create goods for sale
Receive in inventory / ship out inventory using barcode scanner and inventory system
Pull materials, pack boxes, placing orders/materials in shipping area
Prepare and ship out orders daily using shipping system
Physical management of warehouse inventory, equipment, and tools
Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to use iPad based applications
Great communication skills
Teamwork, Coordination, Organization, Planning, Time Management, Reporting Skills, Inventory Control, Documentation Skills, Data Entry Skills, Dependability
Deadline and detail-oriented

Compensation:
$18-22 per hour to start based on experience and skills
40 hours per week
Retirement / 401K - available after first year of f employment
Profit Sharing - in 3rd year of employment with 401k contributions
Health Insurance - company pays 50% after eligibility period
