Location: Onalaska, WI (Open to remote after 9-12 months onsite training)


Position Type:  New!


Compensation:  $70,000 - $90,000 annually

Purpose & Summary: As a Sales Executive II, you will be responsible for effectively developing and closing new business opportunities with current and prospective customers. As a sales team member at Dynamic, you will maintain excellent business acumen and professional communication skills and have a proven record of accomplishment of revenue/margin attainment and business development in a fast-paced business-to-business (B2B) sales environment. 


Day to day responsibilities will include:


Prospecting cold calls through phone and/or email
Leverage past/current relationships to expedite business development goals
New pipeline management, growth, and conversion
Research prospects through various sources
Networking through tradeshows, groups, and local events
Develop cross-referrals through current customers
Conduct facility tours and off-site meetings
Develop presentations for potential customers
Negotiate pricing and unique/customized quote development
Proposal Development and self-sufficient completion
Conduct business review meetings
Expand new and existing relationships finding opportunities to expand services/products
Present, promote, and close new business using solid solutions to existing and prospective customers
Maintain standard profit margin on all accounts
Downsize unprofitable business
Obtain case studies from large volume profit customers
Daily CRM utilization (data input/accuracy, opportunity/task management, etc.) (Salesforce.com)


Requirements & Qualifications: For consideration, candidates must possess an Associates Degree, and at least three years of Inside/Outside Sales, Business Development, and B2B Sales. However, we will consider additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Additional qualifications include:


Knowledge and Experience:


Knowledge of proposal development, common business structures, and processes
Experience with CRM utilization, preferably Salesforce.com
Market and industry knowledge is preferred
