Sylvie McCracken International LLC is a rapidly growing coaching company serving health professionals and we’re looking for a Social Sales Representative to join our powerhouse team at the forefront of online education and coaching for health professionals. We are looking for talented people with a diverse skillset to complement our Marketing and Sales team. Through our high-level coaching programs, we help health professionals design, launch, and sell their courses and then turn that into a scalable, profitable, and sustainable business that generates true wealth.
We are looking for a full-time Social Sales Representative (Social Seller) to enroll our ideal clients into one of our signature coaching experiences: Courses for Health Professionals™! This role will play an integral part in our sales process; engaging and connecting with our leads and potential clients on all social platforms and text messages and enrolling new clients into our program by answering their questions and hesitations while helping them make a decision to join our programs.… all without having to do a single sales call!

This role reports to our Marketing and Sales Manager and is a full-time, W2 employee role with commissions for sales that you close. Talk about the best of both worlds! The ideal person for this role gets a thrill out of selling and doesn’t mind answering DMs on nights and weekends to secure the sale. They love helping people overcome mindset hesitations to transform their lives and business, want to focus on their zone of genius (sales!) in a fun and genuine way without the stress of running their own business, and can have genuine, supportive conversations and enroll the client in an authentic way through written messages and voice memos.
15+ enrollments per month.
10+ outbound messages per day.
Applications accepted and messaged within 12-24 hours of applying.
Respond to DM inquiries and client questions within 12-24 hours (on Facebook, email, SMS, or by IG/FB messenger).
Daily follow-up with all leads.

Outbound outreach and nurture engaged leads in our community.
Message engaged followers who watch and interact with stories and posts.
Check-in with and re-engage leads every 30/60/90 days.
🔥 Enroll warm leads:
Reviewing applications, sending acceptance letters, and answering questions from leads in the pipeline.
Direct message all leads and applicants that are interested in our programs.
Answer all questions about the programs and overcome objections via direct social messages.
Use both voice memos and text-based messaging to communicate with engaged leads.
Have conversations, learn about our clients and customers, and leave them with an amazing experience so they feel seen, heard, and understood.
Make downsell/upgrade offers as appropriate.
Know our programs inside and out and be able to answer any question about what’s included, what the outcomes are, what the bonuses are, the support that’s included, etc.
🧑🏫 Strategic expert:
Supporting the CEO and coaching team on group Zoom calls to answer social selling-related questions as needed.
Researching and staying up to date on the latest strategies we teach to our clients. You will know our methods and strategies inside and out!
Learning all of our programs, lessons, strategies, policies, and decision-making process so you can give expert feedback and support in the DMs
Maintain an intimate knowledge of current warm leads, where they are in the funnel, and their situations, and keeping our Lead Management System/Database up to date to reflect this.

Maintain and update our Response Library of reusable responses to common questions, objections, and how to handle these situations.
Become an expert in our Lead Management System/Database so you can navigate our systems easily.
Report on any trends you are noticing in responses that could inform our marketing or messaging.
Know our proven results inside and out and be able to share relevant case studies and testimonials as they relate to each person you are speaking to.
We’re a small but mighty company and a team player attitude is a must. This means you’ll sometimes find yourself switching hats and supporting other roles in the company when a team member is out of the office or simply needs an all-hands-on-deck approach.
Ultimately we will train you thoroughly on the details of our programs, sales experience, and strategies - but you’ll already be equipped with a positive attitude and a true passion for supporting people to achieve their goals!

You take direction and are coachable and ready to be trained in our unique system for social selling.
Be exceptionally confident in enrolling clients into a high ticket program.
Be excellent at managing ongoing conversations with multiple people at once.
Have high emotional intelligence and be able to listen to, support, and encourage others.
Demonstrable, real-life experience selling high-end programs in the $7k-$50k price range.
Articulate wordsmith: you can always clearly explain something in a way that feels good to the potential customer.
Be available to work nights or weekends a few times a year during a promotion.
Must be available to work and attend meetings from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday.

Selling is simple when you are enrolling people into a program that genuinely helps people. All you have to do is have genuine, supportive conversations and enroll the client in an authentic way.
