We are looking for a customer service oriented, tech-savvy individual to join or team in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. Previous help desk support experience is preferred.
As far as skill level, ideally, you should be comfortable as a Microsoft 365 and / or Google Workspace administrator, understand more than basic networking operations, such as VLANs and firewall rules, and above all, enjoy doing those things in a fast-paced, fast-growing Managed Service Provider environment in North Texas.
Our ideal candidate will be located in DFW and be willing to travel to customer sites when needed, but will mostly work remote.
We can guarantee part-time (<30) hours at first, but most likely this will change quickly to full-time.
