I have been working in hospitality and customer service for over 10 years and have experience with front desk,
phone operations, customer experience, finance, events operations, and sales. My experience has made me proficient
in reporting, customer service, handling data entry, building complex presentations on the analysis of the data, and
many projects. I can connect, develop, and maintain positive working relationships with others and with minimal
direction. I am highly skilled at many operating systems, such as CI/TY, Microsoft Office 365 programs, Salesforce,
and many other computer-based applications. I am an advanced user of Microsoft Excel including PivotTables,
Functions, Data Tables, and Graphical data such as, Speedometers or Test Tube charts to show trends. I am a self-
