Throughout my life, I have a lot of experience with customer service and outreach interacting with the public in various capacities in offices, schools, call centers as well as online . I have outstanding people skills working in the student loan industry at the largest student loan guarantor in the U.S. and in financial aid at a community college, media production and programming, social media marketing, healthcare insurance, and more.

I have always had a passion about education and my experience also includes live performance, production, and composition in music, television, and film.

In 2006, I earned my Bachelor's degree of Business Administration in Marketing.

I completed a Certificate in Television Production from Pasadena Media and produced cable access television. I specialize in content from live music productions to in studio and in the field interviews on a variety of topics with a wide diversity of guests. I have managed my social media content from music to television show production and podcasts since 2006.

I have substantial experience using computer programs in business including various email services and search engines, Word, Power Point, and Excel, video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Creative Cloud, open source graphics programs such as Canva and Befunky and other open source platforms, and various customized programs.
